We stand behind the quality of our precision-manufactured mounts and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery — provided it meets the conditions below.

Limited Lifetime Coverage

HexCore precision-manufactured mounts are engineered for real-world reliability. The CoreStrength Warranty Program provides limited lifetime coverage for structural failures that occur under normal, intended use.

    The item must be unused, unmounted, and returned in its original packaging.

    Contact our Customer Service team prior to returning your item to receive return authorization and instructions.

    Include a note inside the package with your order number and reason for return.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your refund if preferred.

    Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received, inspected, and approved.
Please Note We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds at our discretion, especially for items showing wear, signs of installation, modifications, or inadequate packaging during return shipping.

Submit a Claim

Send us photos and a brief description of how the mount was being used and what failed.

Review & Determination

Our team will review your submission and determine if the issue qualifies under the CoreStrength Program.

Send It Back

If approved, you will send the damaged mount back to us for inspection and evaluation at our Georgia facility.

Depending on the situation, we may resolve your claim in one of the following ways:

Repair
We repair the mount and return it to you

Replace
We send you a brand-new replacement mount

Discount
We offer a discount on a new product
What's Covered
  • Structural failure of manufactured components under normal use
  • Breakage due to manufacturing defects or material inconsistencies
  • Material-integrity issues that affect performance
  • Design-related issues confirmed through inspection
What's Not Covered
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional force
  • Firearms dropped onto mounts or mounts not installed properly
  • Heat or chemical exposure that compromises the material integrity
  • Cosmetic variations that don't affect function
  • Lost, stolen, or modified items
