What Is California AB 1263?

California Assembly Bill 1263 introduces new requirements for the sale, shipment, and delivery of certain firearm accessories and related products to California residents. These requirements may include:


Additional verification steps before a product can be sold or shipped to California

Customer acknowledgements required at the time of purchase

Specific delivery conditions that differ from those used in other states

Broader product scope than previous regulations — including some accessories not traditionally classified as firearms

While HexCore Mounts LLC currently focuses on firearm mounting and storage solutions, future products may include additional firearm-related accessories or components. Because the scope and interpretation of applicable laws may evolve, some current or future products may be subject to additional compliance requirements under California law.
