Every HexCore mount starts as an idea — and the development pipeline is where that idea gets pressure-tested, refined, and either proven or set aside.

Concept & CAD
Every design begins with detailed CAD modeling using Autodesk Fusion 360 — geometry engineered for the specific firearm platform before a single part is made.

Prototype & Test
Physical prototypes are built and evaluated in our Georgia workshop — fitment, retention, and real-world stability tested through multiple iterations.

Release or Refine
Designs that pass our standards move to production. Those that don't are refined or shelved — we only release what we'd proudly run in our own setups.
